AI Tools Disclaimer

NEXUS Browser integrates 12 AI-powered tools developed by Aussi-Nexus Group. Outputs generated by these tools are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI-generated content must not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or technical advice. Users bear sole responsibility for verifying AI-generated outputs before acting upon them.

Third-Party Content & Links

NEXUS Browser may display third-party websites, services, or content. Aussi-Nexus Group has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content accessed through NEXUS Browser. The inclusion of any link or third-party service does not imply endorsement by Aussi-Nexus Group.

Financial & Trading Disclaimer

The NEXUS AI Trading tool integrated within NEXUS Browser is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Governing Law

Privacy Policy

NEXUS Browser is built on a foundational principle: 0 data sold. No trackers. No compromise. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Who We Are

Aussi-Nexus Group is a registered business name operated by Dr Manas Swain (ABN 76 947 108 181), based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We operate NEXUS Browser and 12 integrated AI platforms accessible at nexusgroup.nexus. This Privacy Policy applies to the NEXUS Browser application and its associated website at nexusbrowser.net.

Information We Collect

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Your browsing history or URLs visited
  • Search queries made through third-party engines
  • Personal financial information or payment card details (handled by Stripe)
  • Location data beyond your country (for regional compliance only)
  • Any data for the purpose of advertising targeting

Tracker Blocking

NEXUS Browser actively blocks third-party trackers, advertising scripts, and fingerprinting attempts by default. This blocking applies to all websites you visit and cannot be used by Aussi-Nexus Group or any third party to collect data about you.

AI Tools & Data Processing

Inputs you provide to NEXUS Browser's integrated AI tools are processed to generate responses in real time. These inputs are not stored beyond your active session, are not used to train AI models, and are not shared with third parties unless required to fulfil your request (for example, a search query sent to the Nexus Search engine).

Payments

Subscription and payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Aussi-Nexus Group does not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

Data Sharing

Aussi-Nexus Group does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • To comply with a legal obligation under Australian law
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Aussi-Nexus Group, its users, or the public
  • With service providers who assist in operating our platforms, subject to strict confidentiality obligations

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based session management, and regular security reviews. Our servers are hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Europe, subject to EU data protection standards.

Your Rights Under Australian Privacy Law

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using NEXUS Browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use NEXUS Browser.

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Aussi-Nexus Group, a registered business name of Dr Manas Swain (ABN 76 947 108 181), Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia ("Aussi-Nexus Group", "we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

NEXUS Browser is a desktop web browser application available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, integrating 12 AI-powered tools and Nexus Search as its default search engine. The browser is accessible at nexusbrowser.net.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use NEXUS Browser. By using NEXUS Browser, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Permitted Use

NEXUS Browser is licensed, not sold, to you for personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the EULA. You may use NEXUS Browser to browse the internet, access integrated AI tools, and manage browser sessions across supported operating systems.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use NEXUS Browser to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or in Australia
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data
  • Harvest, scrape, or collect data from websites in violation of their terms
  • Distribute, sublicense, or resell NEXUS Browser without written authorisation
  • Engage in activity that disrupts or damages Aussi-Nexus Group's infrastructure
  • Use integrated AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of NEXUS Browser and its integrated tools require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Aussi-Nexus Group reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a material failure of the service, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the billing date.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in NEXUS Browser, including original source code, design, documentation, and brand assets, are owned by Aussi-Nexus Group. Your use of NEXUS Browser does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Refer to our Copyright Notice for full details.

10. Third-Party Services

NEXUS Browser integrates with and provides access to third-party services and websites. Aussi-Nexus Group is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Availability & Modifications

Aussi-Nexus Group does not guarantee that NEXUS Browser will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of NEXUS Browser at any time, with or without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aussi-Nexus Group's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of NEXUS Browser shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

15. Amendments

Aussi-Nexus Group may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-browser notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of NEXUS Browser after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

End User Licence Agreement

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE INSTALLING: This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Aussi-Nexus Group. By installing or using NEXUS Browser, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use NEXUS Browser.

1. Licence Grant

Aussi-Nexus Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use NEXUS Browser on devices you own or control, solely for your personal and commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

2. Chromium Open Source Component

NEXUS Browser is built upon the Chromium open-source browser project. Chromium is copyright Google LLC and other contributors, and is licensed under the BSD 3-Clause Licence. Your use of the Chromium-based rendering engine within NEXUS Browser is also subject to the terms of that licence. Aussi-Nexus Group acknowledges its obligations under the BSD licence, including attribution requirements. The source code for the Chromium components used in NEXUS Browser is available at chromium.org.

NEXUS Browser is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google's proprietary services, including Google Sync, Google Account integration, and Chrome-specific features, are not included in NEXUS Browser.

3. Integrated AI Tools

NEXUS Browser includes 12 integrated AI-powered tools operated by Aussi-Nexus Group:

  • Nexus Mail (nexusmail.nexus)
  • Nexus Biz (nexusbiz.nexus)
  • Nexus Search (nexussearch.nexus)

  • One Click Ad (oneclickad.nexus)
  • Website Builder (websitebuilder.nexus)
  • Track Safe (tracksafe.nexus)
  • Patent Check (patentcheck.nexus)
  • Cortex AI (cortex-au-ai.com)

Each integrated tool is subject to its own terms of service. Your use of these tools within NEXUS Browser constitutes acceptance of the applicable tool's terms.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or assign NEXUS Browser to any third party
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of NEXUS Browser's original proprietary components
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of NEXUS Browser's original components
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on NEXUS Browser
  • Use NEXUS Browser in any manner that violates applicable laws or these terms
  • Use NEXUS Browser to develop a competing browser product using Aussi-Nexus Group's original intellectual property

5. Updates & Upgrades

Aussi-Nexus Group may provide updates, patches, or new versions of NEXUS Browser from time to time. This EULA applies to all updates and upgrades unless a separate agreement accompanies them. Some updates may be mandatory for continued use of the browser.

6. Privacy

Your use of NEXUS Browser is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. NEXUS Browser is designed with privacy as a core principle — no browsing history is collected, no trackers are permitted, and no data is sold.

7. No Warranty

NEXUS Browser is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Aussi-Nexus Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aussi-Nexus Group shall not be liable for any loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NEXUS Browser, even if Aussi-Nexus Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of NEXUS Browser in your possession.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Notice, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aussi-Nexus Group regarding NEXUS Browser and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
